An order will only be settled and shipped once payment has been received and “Verified”
We endeavour to ship within 48-72 hours on business days of receiving payment.
All shipping costs are for your account, we will make use of The Courier Guy or any of our preferred courier partners. A flat shipping rate of R99 is payable. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Deliveries are door to door and must be a physical address within the borders of South Africa and not a Post Box. We do not deliver to any postal addresses i.e.: deliver to a post box or to any post offices. Please ensure all delivery details including the postal code are accurate, as you will be liable for all additional handling and shipping charges as a result of such errors.
Deliveries are done between 8 am and 5 pm on weekdays , delivery times may differ on Weekends or public holidays
Proof of identity may be requested upon delivery
All our products are shipped uninsured via a third party and therefore we cannot be responsible for damages incurred during shipping or lost items. However, we will do our utmost to carefully package your goods to ensure there is little to no chance of damage during shipping.
A delay of up to 24 to 48 hours may be experienced on shipments to or from any Outlying Delivery Areas.
Failed delivery: We will notify you of a failed delivery i.e. where no one was at the specified delivery address to receive and sign for the goods at the time of delivery. We will attempt to reschedule the delivery with you within 24 – 48 hours.
Goods shipped in error /Incorrect goods delivered: In the unfortunate event that you receive a delivery whereby the goods delivered to you do not match your products or its quantity as per your waybill/purchase order, you agree to notify us immediately upon receipt of such delivery on 0823032370 or email email@example.com, to have the incorrect goods collected and the correct goods delivered to you. The costs incurred for incorrect goods being shipped to you, will be for our cost.
Our delivery period is within 3 working days for main city centres and within 5 working days for outlying areas. Graceful Accessories wants to deliver on time as promised. However, things happen, so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Collection points, We have two collection points in Durban, Malvern and Umhlanga. Should you wish to collect your order from one of our collection points, please email you order to email@example.com and we will reply with an invoice for payment and details for collection.
