This returns policy forms part of our standard terms and conditions of use. Graceful Accessories is a print-on-order business. This means that all items are made to order, we do not hold stock of any items advertised. We will not refund or exchange an item on the basis that you have changed your mind, therefore we encourage you to be sure of the design on the item before making your purchase and to ensure that the product item suits the purpose you intend it for.
Please note: That colours of the design may vary slightly from one monitor setting to the next and this will not constitute an eligible refund or exchange.
A refund or exchange will only be considered for the following reasons:
- If the wrong item was delivered or is not according to the specifications on the website. This does not apply to slight colour variations from one monitor to the next.
- Defective products
We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality, and in good working order and without defects.
- What is a defect?A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise specially arranged due to the return being solely due to an error on our part. We reserve the right to decide if we will bear the cost of shipping a returned product.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method.
All returns and exchanges must be done within 7 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be entertained once this period has passed.
Only items that are faulty / defective or the wrong item has been delivered to you are eligible for returns and/or replacements. We take the utmost care and do our best to inspect and ensure quality products. Items will only be eligible for return or refund if there is a distinct manufacture fault.
Please note that there is no returns or refunds allowed if you choose the option to design your own product unless there is a distinct manufacture fault / defective product. Please ensure that your image or design is high resolution. We will advise you if your image or design is a low resolution however, we will not be held responsible for the finish look of your custom mug and there will be no exchange or refund for a low-quality design or image.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. An EFT Payment will be made to your bank account. Refunds can take up to 10 days to reflect in your bank account. Should you not receive your refund within 10 days, kindly contact us.
We will only replace items if they are defective or in the unlikely event that you received an item that is not the same as advertised on the website.
